This project has been funded by a grant from the federal government. The
principal investigator is George Miller.  His contact information,
including his e-mail address and telephone number, are below.  In my
message to Professor Miller, I certainly stated in absolute clarity that
I did not like my taxpayer funds used to make political statements of
this nature and urged him to change the definition.
