Hi David:
If you've been all over the PC, then I bet you've tried what I'm about
to suggest, but here goes anyway.
When in the inbox, hit alt-V to go into the view menu. The first option
will be "current views sub menu," press enter to open it. The first
option will be "show all messages." If it is not checked, press enter
to check it.
This takes you out of the view menu and back into the inbox. Hold down
the alt key again and go back into the view menu, then press enter again
to go into the current views sub menu. Arrow down until you hear "group
messages by conversation." If it says it's checked, press enter to
uncheck it. This again takes you out of the view menu and back into the
inbox. Now take a look and see if you can see all of the messages.
