How can it be a Network Logon Screen if you have been set for Windows Logon?
Is it a windows logon screen? If so then go to control panel\Users and
remove the existing user.

Subject: [PCBUILD] Network Password Screen
> I have a simple problem that is driving me crazy. I recently worked with
my ISP regarding connecting to the internet. He had me do several things
including removing and adding my TCP/IP adapters. Now whenever I boot I get
a screen asking for my Network Password. I click OK several times and a
screen comes up telling me the Proxy Authorization failed. I do not use a
Network Password nor a Proxy. Even when the screen is there I can still go
on-line, check mail etc. I just want to stop it from appearing. I checked
Network in Control Panel and I am set for Windows Log On (although it was
Client for Networks after my ISP was finished messing things up). My
bindings under TCP/IP properties are the same for my other computer.
