Hello,
There are difference's that could cause "major" damage to the chip and the
motherboard.  The pin layout is different, as is the Front Side
Bus(motherboard clockspeed).  At the very least it will not work.  But be
careful if you decide to buy a CPU for this board.  It MUST be a "Tualation"
if you use an Intel CPU.  And it "should" be one that runs on the 133 FSB.
The chip type must carry the "FC-PGA 2" designation.
