Bob, a Google search brings up a few pages about kbdus.dll. It does
refer to keyboards.

This one is a puzzle.  The first thought that comes to me is to try a
different
keyboard during installation or install using the USA option.   I
searched
around in the Microsoft database and did not find any documents covering
this issue.
