As I understand it, Win95 alone cannot do this. Dial Up Networking will
complain that the connection is in use. You need third party software.
Fortunately, there is a program called Wingate that will do exactly what
you want. And there is no license fee as long as you have only one
machine connected to the host at a time. (If you wanted two machines
connected concurrently to the host, you would have to pay a license fee.)
