Welcome to the wonderful world of computer building!

When you "boot" the computer you should hear a single beep telling you
everything is OK.  If not you have something installed wrong.  You do not
specifically mention it, but make sure you have connected a keyboard, and a
floppy drive so the computer thinks it can boot, (even if it can't.)

Also, as an afterthought, make sure that when you connect the power supply
to the board that all the black wires are to the middle of the connector,
and that your memory is installed in SIMM slots 0&1, not slots 2&3, (look at
MB diagram.)  One more thing, remember you need to install memory SIMM's in
pairs.
