One thought occurred to me, how is your cholesterol? Low cholesterol is
pretty strongly associated to high stress, even suicide and accidental
death, crime. You might want to try the opposite of what is recommended
for high cholesterol people in order to RAISE yours! Eat saturated fat,
eggs, fatty pork, coconut oil, things like that, if your cholesterol is
toward the low end. I have heard a lot of comments on this list that
members feel happier when they are eating more saturated fat.
