Not dogma. The plan is, remove all non-paleo foods, see what happens, then
add foods back in and see what happens. I have no intention of ever
re-introducing, grains, beans, potatoes, dairy or any processed food.
However I might consider testing tomatoes and some peppers as they really
help add flavor.
