Rather ridicules statement here Joe. Those on CR go
to extremes to avoid things like trans fatty acids.
My point is that over the last six years I've seen the
blood numbers of dozens of those on CR and all of them
have excellent lipid numbers, even those on high carb
vegetarian diets. I know you joined the cr list
recently, do an archive search you'll see for
yourself.
