I have seen this several times in the newspapers. Usually it is some
small shop that suddenly becomes very popular, with long lines of
people willing to stand for an hour to get the "special" tasting food.
Opium poppy seeds was an ingredient one time, I recall.

Related, a chinese restaurant in china was caught feeding people
peoplemeat. True fact, read in the newspaper. ;--) Watch out for those
chinese dumplings!
