You might want to try seaweeds as they are all high in iodine.  Dulse dulse
and kelp are especially delicious.  I'm not talking about powdered dulse or
kelp.  Buy the packaged strips.  Rip them into pieces and add to eggs, meat or
veggies.  You can also bake the strips at around 400 degrees until greenish in
color and crispy -- delicious!
