Thought this article, below would be an interesting one to share with
you.  I can't believe (well actually i can) that people are still writing
stuff like this.  I found it in this website:
http://www.dietconsultants.com/, which basically is anti all the low-carb
diets from Atkins to the Zone.

Be careful, the Paleolithic diet could kill you!

I exercise but do a lot of sitting, and the poor nutrition this diet gives
you, massive pressure sores can (and do) develop on your buttocks.

It happened recently to a good friend. If he hadn't got to the hospital,
infections would set in and game over.

Fortunately he did get to hospital in time. Yellow pus was oozing out.

The doctors and nurses just giggled when he earnestly tried to explain the
paleolithic diet, fed him a nutrient rich IV.

He healed, but it was pretty dicey for a while there.

Summary: Don't do it.

SO GROSS, but I had to include it.
