 > Whenever I eat walnuts or Brazil nuts I get oozing
 >
 >Can you explain what you mean by oozing? from where?

I get oozing sores in and around my nose. The Dr took a swab and said it was
impetigo. Treatment from the Dr's did not work. When I stopped eating the
brazils and walnuts the sores healed. When I reintroduced them they came back.
Stopped and it went again. So I did a final test about 3 months ago and yes my
skin thickened again then burst with oozing. Stopped the nuts and it went. So
brazils and walnuts seem to reactivate a dormant herpes type virus. It seems
that high argenine and low Lysine is a trigger for this as it makes ideal
conditions for the virus to live in. Argenine is found in chocolate, cheese,
nuts, etc.
