metabolization is?
'speeding up' is a bit slipshod, i think 'kickstarting' may be more
accurate. it was my experience anyway with using about 1 gram. horrid
hypoglycemia. i think Rob Mcferrin explains about this. he is an
interesting writer but has no site as such, but writes about metabolic
typing. worth a look at.
