I have been trying hard to purchase free range/wild/grass fed meats,eggs,
fish and poultry.  Did not realize it would be this difficult!!! All of the
fish at my local supermarket are farmed! even the shrimp. I have resorted to
order my meat on line from far away as I cannot find anything locally.  Not
only is the cost higher, but the shipping charges are a killer.  I am
seriously thinking of buying a large freezer and buying in bulk to make these
purchases more economical. I have resorted to buy frozen or canned fish that
I know is caught in the wild (I have been contacting the companies to confirm
this) Luckily I did find free range eggs, even omega-3 eggs! but they cost
double! Any one else have this difficulty?
