Great you found out this about castor oil.
I can't imagins anyone to eat castor oil, it's a purgative, isn't it?
The seeds it is made of are highly toxic, really deadly toxic.
But the toxin is water soluble and not found in the oil.

Castor oil is a secret tip for applying on the skin under the hair.
To promote healthy hair (but hard to wash out then).
Also very good for a oil massage.

Where can we find your book?
