I couldnt agree more, the wider variety the better. but no beef? its simply
not realistic to exclude this unless you are rich and famous.

the proportions of sfa/mfa/pfa in beef v chicken v salmon is sufficiently
wide that you could get a predetermined desired ratio by adjusting
proportions of the three [just to use one possible combination].

then you could add kidney fat, marrow, cod liver oil to adjust the ratio of
the fats further, as well as increase the proportion of fat v protein in
your tailored diet.
