Since many people are sensitive to monosodium glutamate, it is listed on
ingredients of packaged foods. Perhaps it's included in flavored packaged
gelatin as a flavor enhancer, but the only thing listed on unsweetened
gelatin is gelatin.  Anyway, thanks for the tip.  If I find myself unable to
think -- I'll give up the gelatin.
