Brother,
This question was directed to you as a person. But yet again, your reply
here tells how we need to do a lot to educate ourselves on these people a
lot before we can think we can address our problems.
I would like to believe that there is no presidential palace or govt.
offices in the third world - including parliamentary buildings that are not
bugged by "America".
Note that my "America" is quotation marks because to make the long list
short, let us call them so - infact som of them hide hide under that name
group.
