I wonder if the shortage at the pumps is a result of general water shortage
throughout the country or that they short the people in the hopes of getting
bribed to turn on the supply.

Someone just confirmed that indeed there is also now a water shortage at
home. They confirm that there has not been any water or electricity in the
Bakau
/Cape area for two days now, and if there is a shortage there, imagine what

must be like for Banjul and the other areas.
