Banka, thanks for your response and interest. we are currently counting
heads to be followed by setting up a forum where participants can decide the
vehicle to send in contributions. Abdoulaye, can you please up date us on
the number of pledges received, thus far. I agree that we need to start
now, and I am starting in April. Folks, please help us spread the word.
General Assurance: There will be accountability and transparency for every
cent collected, coupled with air tight controls and you can trace every cent
by simply asking for an audit. I say this to provide assurance to any that
may have doubts regarding fraud and abuse. Better yet, ask those that
contributed to the last presidential election fund about the performance of
this list. Every cent was accounted for and all the parties got what was
allocated to them, by their donors, to the cent. We intend to do it even
much better this time around and nothing pleases me more than to know that
donors can sleep in peace without worry as to how their money is spent. So,
please send in your pledges. If you do not want your name listed we will
accommodate you and your wishes, just let us know. Besides, all we're doing
currently, is getting a head count and so, you can just send a private mail
to Abdoulaye Saine or myself if you do not wish your send it to the mighty
Post. Thanks all for your consideration in this matter
