Gee, nobody in the Burbs has ever had to listen to ice cream trucks, much less been driven crazy by their goddam tinkling, or their goddam kids whining for ice cream. Must be some unique urban problem.
We suggest that you raise municipal taxes to find a solution to this terrible condition. Or buy a gun; we hear there are lots of THEM available.
