the chicken bomb was actually a smart bomb-
chickens can be rapidly trained to peck on a given symbol/picture
inorder to be fed...
so some building is photographed & the chicken is trained to peck on the
center of the picture to recieve food..
later the chicken is in a bomb that is dropped over the building and
keeps pecking @ the appropriate spot which soemhow controled the bomb...
