Thanks. I have been out of the field for a long time. Glad to hear that
is gone. I couldn't recall the name undulant fever, my brain loses
things from time to time.

I never worried about either, even when I was drinking unpasteurized
milk daily, in areas where both brucellosis and tuberculosis were
common. That stuff sure was good, especially with coffee!

By the way, so as not to get jumped all over, I wasn't trying to say in
the last post that milk is paleo. Just that it is a lot less
problematic than grains. There may be long term negatives to adult milk
drinking, a while back someone posted some interesting info on the
connection of milk to certain cancers, for example.

If you don't want to drink milk, that is fine by me, and more paleo
than my approach, certainly. For myself, milk seems to give me
something that is lacking otherwise. I don't know what, since I eat a
pretty good diet otherwise, plenty of greens and other veggies, lots of
nuts, berries, fruit, various meats. Maybe it is the lack of organ
meats, where most of the nutrition in the animal is. The only time I
can psych myself up to eat organs is when I am prepping for a race ;--)

Time to buy a pack of mixed chicken organs, I guess.
