In Amadeus' case his replies cetainly warranted refutation.  The trouble is,
one needs to keep on doing it ad infinitum, since liars can make up anything
they like as they go along. Truth is more economic and restrictive.

I think it's generally agreed on the paleo list that saturated fats are not
in essence bad and are in fact good in given quantities, so i don't see why
this should be argued over and over.  Let alone the other nonsense Amadeus
comes up with.  He is nothing more than a list troll.  Jimbo seems to have
joined him.

Since they are violating the basic accepted food principles of the list, my
argument is that they should be punted, since they cost other people time
and money in downloading their postings and reading them. So it's not 'free'
speech. It costs us.

However it's obviously up to the list owner.
