Or low-carb diet, which works for me. Jogging does it too, I don't have
much trouble days when I jog. Or the no wheat diet. I have been paleo
about two years, through two spring allergy seasons, and had very
little trouble at all, as long as I stick to the rules more carefully
than I normally do, during that season.
