Wheat, dairy, but also too many carbohydrates stimulate candida overgrowth

Unfortunately it is both.....we have to do  very strict no grains no dairy,
 and also very low carb
Remember he was extremely severe so a child who was less severe could
possibly eat more variety

Yes, I am happy to correspond with any parent to help. I'm not a doctor and
do not give medical advice. However, the Neanderthin diet , low carb
version, did recover him. He no longer has any labels! He is a 'regular'
kid and continues to pass up those on Ritalin, etc.
