Most all the meat I eat is farmed, and my total cholesterol is 171.  It used
to be high at 273 on SAD, then I went low-carb and it dropped to the 230's.
Going paleo dropped it to its present number.

--I played mountain goat this weekend.  The inside of my knees and outside
of my ankles are stiff and sore.  Son Matt of the email address above found
an arrowhead in a dry stream bed.
