I was under the impression alcohol IS FOUND in certain
foodstuffs. This claim here is like asserting kasein,
gluten and lectin is food, when in fact they ARE FOUND
in respectively dairy, grains and beans (and are among
other things what makes these foodstuffs dangerous).

And why do you think that was: the food-prperties or
the drug-properties of the cider?

Sweden has almost twice the population of Denmark and
yet almost the same absolute incidence of cirrhosis.
Sure enough: the Danes are the ones who "just have a
glass with their meal".
