Are cherries considered a berry?  Also, are pluots considered plums -- they
look like plums but are much sweeter.  Thoughts?

Also, are those of you who limit your fruit intake to berries -- do you eat
them year round (ie frozen or imported during off-season) or just in the
summer?  I generally eat berries every day but am thinking of cutting it out during
the winter months.
