Sometimes I eat eggs. I eat them raw, soft boiled or as omelet. I know that
egg yolks contain cholesterol. I also know that oxidized cholesterol is
unhealthy and that normal cholesterol is not. I have two questions which I
hope someone can answer:

1. Does a hard boiled egg contain oxidized cholesterol?
2. Does an omelet contain oxidized cholesterol?

Fredrik
