I doubt it can be really the case knowing the north american overconcern for
hygiene . do you ?
I am sure not buying any commercial meats but for other reasons .It just
don't taste good leaving an horrible after taste very obvious when eaten
without seasonning and when the comparaison with grass fed meat have been
experienced .
Also the grain feeding in itself is giving a propice environement for
unbalanced gut flora in the animal that might affect the meat .
