"Believers in the low-fat nonsense have trouble explaining the health of
Inuit who ate the traditional diet."

My experience with how folks explain away the health of the Innuit are:
1) They AREN'T healthy; or
2) The scarcity of their food moderated their intake of fat.

Number 1 is easily refuted because they're looking at Innuit post contact
with "civilization", not Innuit eating their traditional diet.  Number 2 is
utter nonsense.
