What time do you go to bed? I never eat after dinner -- in fact, I can't
sleep with anything on my stomach. My digestion slows down considerably in
the evening. I rarely can eat as early as 5:00 PM though. Usually eat about
7:00 PM, but then don't usually sleep until 1:00 AM or later.
