We have a newly hired Occupational therapist from Sweden so, you just know
the whole issue of heavy taxes and socialized medicine came up. She says
that while yes, taxes are high, when she compared with what she has to pay
for insurance and out of pocket expenses here in the states, the two
equalled out a bit more.
Of course, Sweden is a lot smaller, with a smaller population and without a
3rd world country sharing it's southern border to add complications to the
mix.

But, an interesting observation non the less

well deri there are some. kerry i think is for
instance pushing socialized medicine. i hear one of
the nine announced canidates putting some trail ballon
out just about every day.right now i think lieberman
is the best bet for the dems. but who knows in
politics. i certainly don't claim to be the expert on
the democratic party.
