Dear Listmates:

Any recommendations?

Dear Sir/Madam

We will soon be travelling to North Conway NH for some skiing. Our eldest son was diagnosed as a celiac before Christmas this year, and we are now a bit worried about his diet while we are in the USA. Here in the UK many shops label their goods as suitable for a gluten free diet, is this the case in the USA? I should be able to bring my own bread, pasta and pizza bases, can you tell me how celiac friendly restaurants etc are, if I ask them to cook my own items? His favourite is pizza hut, will the put toppings on our own crust and cook them for him?
