I have a dear friend who has a history of Celiac in
her family and some symptoms that could indicate
gluten sensitivity.  She tried going gluten free for a
couple of weeks, but began getting headaches that made
her feel "poisoned."  Is anyone familiar with this
happening?  Could it be attributed to withdrawal?
