Bette Hagman is requesting information for her next cook book.

Some time ago, Bette requested persons that had been diagnosed with CD
at a very early age (2 to 3 years old) and did not remember ever eating
gluten foods, to contact her. She has heard from many, but wants to be
sure those that may not have seen the previous request, also has the
opportunity to contact her.

Bette is doing a survey and will include the results in her next
cookbook.
