Sorry for the delayed post.
I was surprised at how many people get mouth sores from citrus. It actually
made me feel better, eased my worries about uniquness. The number one
response was to limit or avoid citrus. Many people take this route just
because it's fail proof. But, if you get mouth sores these are some
suggestions i recieved regarding shortening the duration of the sores.
Hydrogen Peroxide and water: a 50/50 mix. Good old fashioned salt water.
Listerene, (I was corrected here, it is GF, and i did double check)
L Lysene, baking soda paste (mix with a little water), ground sage actually
put right on the sore, plain yogurt on the sore, Vitamin B/C complex to
avoid the sores.

Again, most people tend to limit their intake of citrus, which is the route
we are choosing to go. My daughter LOVES oranges but we have learned the
hard way she just can not tolerate too many of them.
