Does anyone have a good recipe for making fresh pasta with a pasta machine?  I have the machine and recipes for only pastas made with wheat flour.  Also, are the pastas made with rice flour, tapioca flour, etc.  easy or too difficult/fragile?  I'd appreciate your input.
