Hi,

After I sent the email about the balsamic vinegar I called my GI doctor. I have
Gastric Motility Disorder due to prolonged stress (that is what brought on my Celiac
as well). I am not supposed to have any vinegars at all. I can eat regular white
vinegar with no problem. The balsamic gave me gas and lower abdominal bloating
very painful! So I thought it was my Celiac but I guess I was wrong. It is my
Gastric Motility Disorder (with that disorder I am not allowed to have anything
acidic, gasey, carbinated, no caffiene, no gum chewing. I am also lactose
intolerant, etc.....

I am just getting a little frustrated and depressed because my diet seems to dwindle
more and more everyday.... Anyway, enough whining for now, thanks everyone for your
help.

Apparently it seems all Balsamic vinegars are gluten-free.
