Hello All,

This may sound like a dumb question but since I've finally started baking
GF (with more confidence than I did before) I would like to know that when
a recipe calls for rice flour can you substitute sweet rice flour instead?
I've noticed the sweet rice flour does not have such a grainy texture as
regular rice flour but I didn't know if they were interchangable.
