Recently someone had asked about a recipe for flour tortillas (not corn
tortillas). I just noticed there was a recipe on the Living Without
website that may be of interest. The recipe is from an article they had
in a previous edition.

click on the last picture (there are four and no descriptions of what
they are for--this is for GF favorites) and when the new page comes up

The recipe is courtesy of The Jane Boutel Cooking School, Alberquerque,
NM. This is a well known Southwestern cooking school so hopefully they
got the taste/structure right.
