I had quite a few people tell me that they eat Altoids all the time and have had no problem. Others said that they thought the conveyor belt was dusted with gluten. Two people gave me the information that Altoids is now made by Kraft Foods, which I confirmed by calling this company. I spoke with "Ivan" at Kraft Foods and he assured me that there is no gluten in the ingredients and that they are processed without any chance of cross contamination. I asked him why it says they are made in Great Britain, without any reference to Kraft. He said that Kraft manufacturers their products all over the world in plants.

Hope this helps. I might give them a try.

Many thanks for all the responses!
