Hi List, I'm Jan Gridley, I am conducting a cooking class to introduce a new
pastry mix for celiacs on Oct 14, 6pm. Light as air noodles, spongy hamburger
buns, great bread, waffles, biscuits and cream puffs.Cost of class, $25.00
includes "soup to nuts"meal, a pound of mix, recipes. Jan has a Bachelor's
degree in nutrition and will highlight the importance of optimum health for
celiacs.
We also have pie crust mix that doesn't get soggy
