A panel of four children will share with us their perspective on
living a gluten free lifestyle. We had a kids' panel like this once before
and it gave the adults in our group an interesting and encouraging insight
into how our kids meet the challenges of their new gf lifestyle.
L:istening to our kids speak to the group also makes us very proud of young
people. Needless to say, the kids do an awesome job.
If you have kids of your own, you especially want to join us.
(And-thank goodness, we're out of school by then!) It's really good for
kids to see that they are not alone; That there are other kids (and adults,
too) who share their situation.
And, if you are an adult Celiac, do come and join us, too. It's fun
and interesting to listen to the kids. There's also plenty of time for
support and sharing from other adults, as well.
Please, if you can, bring along a gf item for our refreshments
table. Preferably, something our Celiac kids would enjoy!
Looking forward to seeing you next Wednesday!
