Nachomamas, 9643 Manchester, 314/961-9110, Owner is from Ireland and his sister has CD, will gladly tell you what you can eat.  Very family oriented, kid restaraunt.  Serves margaritas!

goodhealthpublishing.com sent a message about their dining out pocket guide for knowing what to eat at chain restaraunts.  Includes the GF menu for Outback and PF Changs and fits in your purse.
