Now I have people telling me that I shouldnt bother doing the GF diet if I
share a kitchen with people who eat regular junk food. I live in a shared
apartment with other 20-30 somethings that are all on busy schedules. It is
hectic and chaotic, and keeping the kitchen clean is a challenge in and of
itself.
I am just a guy who has unexplained fatigue, ill-feelings, headaches,
irritable bowel, and gas who had a negative blood and biopsy for Celiac but
am still interested to see if going GF will help me to feel better.
Now I'm wondering if I should just wait until I move out to a place of my
own. This wont happen for a while due to finances and work/job situation.
Any insight? Can't I just keep the kitchen clean, wash everything, obviously
dont share anything with rommates, keep my food seperate?
