Dear Fellow Members,
Below is a summary re:Pizzelle Cookies recipe that I posted on 1/3/03.
First I would like to thank the 5 people who responded to my post.
2 people thanked me for the recipe
1 person said that they use corn starch without the xanthan gum, and will try
to make them with Almond flour.
1 person asked what Pizzelle cookies are
1 person asked if egg replacer could be substituted for the eggs. My answer to
that question is, I have never tried. If egg replacer is to be substituted, I
would cut the recipe in half first just in case it doesn't work out. I would
hate to see anyone waste all of the ingredients.
I do apologize to one person who replied to my post because when their reply
came through, the only part that I recieved was my portion.
